This NEW shade holder & bulb socket is for ALL standard 2 1/4 inch wide lip shades. (YOU RECEIVE ALL brass parts & white ceramic insulator shown here. Not the light bulb or brown glass shade) Example of brown glass shade shows how the 3 set screws hold your standard 2 1/4 inch wide lip shade in place. Most shades use 2 1/4 inch fitters like this, though you should check yours to make sure. The top has 3/8 inch wide female thread should you want to screw in pipe. Orrun your wires directly out the top to ceiling.

This quality SOLID BRASS and porcelain bulb socket is NEW. The thick solid brass 2 1/4" fitter is new though it looks like old vintage ones and if you put vinegar on it you can give it a aged/verdigris appearance. WORKS. It is the vintage style popular in the 20's & 30's. Accepts any regular standard size light bulbs. E26 or E27 is the technical name for this bulb socket. Works in USA., Canada, UK, Europe, Russia, Israel, Egypt, Turkey, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Australia, New Zealand etc. Use 120 volts, or 220/240v or 100v in Japan.
