Please take note that your order will only be processed for shipment until we have received your payment. It is possible that delays in payment may cause items to be no longer available when your payment does come through.

Shipment within the US

We ship Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from our AZ warehouse.
We ship to the US via UPS Ground with transit time of 5 to 7 business days.

We also offer expedited shipping, however we could not guarantee that your order would ship out on the same date it was placed and paid for. It will ship out on our soonest scheduled shipment (Monday, Wednesday or Friday).

All orders placed and completed during weekends ship out on Monday.

Shipping Fees:

• Overnight: $60
• UPS 2-day: $50
• UPS 3-day: $40

If it's really urgent for you to receive your order on or before a specific date, please call us at 1800 579 1207 and we will try to arrange an immediate shipping for you. We will try. Not guaranteed though.

International Shipment

We ship worldwide via UPS International.
To get the specific shipping fee to your country, please leave us a message with your complete shipping address.
Please note however that any custom or brokerage fee is handled by the customer.

PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

UPS does not ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Please provide us with a physical address. If it's impossible to do so, your order will ship through USPS.

Shipping your order through USPS VOIDS your warranty against item lost and damages. Seller will not refund nor replace orders shipped via USPS that are damaged or lost.

PayPal is our preferred payment method. All major credit cards also accepted. Call 1800 579 1207 to provide your credit card details or leave a message with your contact number and we'll get in touch with you.

Customer is required to report the receipt of damaged merchandise within 30 days from the day the package was delivered. The date will be based on the tracking details on the UPS website.

To report a damaged or a lost package, you may call us at 1800 579 1207 or leave the seller a message.

We will send a replacement or issue a refund once the damaged merchandise has been shipped back to us.
