Green Line Creamer

No restaurant ware patterns are more familiar than the green line and band patterns. These wereproduced by nearly every maker, due to their popularity and demand. It is not uncommon to find one, two, and three line patterns mixed together.

Thisrestaurantware creamer, made byShenango, has two green lines. There is a single green band just below the rim, and a narrow line or bandin the lower part of the creamer. The creameris about 3-1/8\" high, and about 2-1/8\" across the base. It has a spout, but no handle. The bottom is marked with theShenango backstamp used from the 1930\'s to the early 1950\'s. The date code indicates it was made in 1950.

No chips, no cracks, no crazing. There\'s a small flake or nick on the top rim, inside the creamer- see closeup, please. Does havelight scratches andscuffs, some spots of discoloration, especially on the unglazed bottom rim. Clean, ready to use or display.
