This matching set of 6 are either antique or vintage ivory porcelain plates with thick encrusted gold decoration. The outside border is 1 3/4\" wide with a raised gold design including the letter \"A\" in a shield. The centers have a complimentary gold design.They measure 10 3/4\" in diameter and sit 1\" above the table at their edge. Seven of the plates are marked \"Crown Lion Ivory (logo) Hutschenreuther Selb Bavaria\". One plate is marked (crown) H&Co. Selb Heinrich & Co..The set of 6 weigh 8 pounds 1 ounce.
These are in excellent condition for their age and use. Three of the plates have minor loss of gold in the center, the worst is pictured for you. I can find no crazing, cracks or repairs.
