I DO NOT accept return on items. The primary reason for that is: hygienic purposes and customer trust/satisfaction. Since I have been in the retail and wholesale business for over a decade, I always offer my customers items that are in brand new and unworn condition, so when they receive or purchase an item, they are the first one and the only one that has the right of usage for that particular piece. To uphold that on moral grounds, I do not accept any returns once the item has been sold and shipped. Unlike other vendors, I do not pass on used, returned, damaged or worn jewelry from one customer to another to make a few quick bucks. That's my Philosophy!

1) How do I compare with other vendors on ?
All my jewelry items are marked “925” for the silver grading and is guaranteed free of any nickel content. All gemstones used in the making of the pendants are authentic semi-precious stones and are professionally graded for highest quality as it has to pass through our QC department before it is posted. These are designer Jewelry, so overall much more superior in terms of durability and quality.
2) What is considered .925 silver according to North American Standard?
Silver is alloyed because in its pure form it is too soft. In North America, to be stamped as 'silver' the metal must be 92.5 percent pure, which is why you'll usually see the stamp '925' on sterling jewellery; the other 7.5 percent is copper.
3) How do I take care of my Silver Jewelry?
Sterling silver (.925 or free-form) is a precious metal and therefore requires cleaning from time to time. Storing your jewelry in small zip-lock bags away from oxygenated area or moisture driven Environment and from direct exposure to sunlight can minimize tarnish and dullness, making it look like new. Since our jewelry is enclosed with stones, a important fact to be noted is that any sort of chlorine or bleach can accelerate tarnishing and will harm stones such as: Titanium Druzy, Pyrite ammonite, Moldavite, Lapis Lazuli, Rhodocrosite, Coral, Malachite and every sorts of pearls.
4) Where is your studio located? Where do you manufacture your items?
I am located in British Columbia, Canada. I manufacture my items in Vicenza, Italy. Since 2005, I also manufacture my own pieces at our design studio in Canada, which includes more exclusive series.
12) Can I do a walk in at your showroom to do local pick-ups?
Sorry !! Local pick-ups for online jewelry purchases are not available due to high volume of merchandise processing going around in my office to serve our existing and online customers better and also to ensure the quality of service provided on an equilibrium basis.
