This is bill is one of 40,000 of June 1, 1775, 10 Pounds bills authorized by the colony of South Carolina. The bill includes the motto “ET DEUS IMNIPOTENS (And Almighty God) and Hand Holding Sword. These bills were printed by an unknown colonial printer. It is estimated that less than 150 these bills exist today.

This bill was signed by: John Loyas, Jacob Motte, Gideon DuPont,Jr., William Parker

Other comments: Split in two, left and right are from different bills, but faces up nicely none the less.
