Spectacular, Huge Statement Persian (* note below) Turquoise Earrings, bezel set in stamped yellow 14k gold.

You can look high and low, but is unlikely that you will find natural mine cut stones this beautiful, this LARGE. These are breathtaking and rare. The detailsprovided for the carat weight onthese earrings are from the dealer that I purchased from. These are for pierced ears with secure omega backs. Condition is beautiful. Gold is 14K, withelegant detail. The length isabout 1 and 3/8inches, and 5/8 high.74.36 Carat weight. The weight is a heavy 27.7 grams. The color of stones ~ blue green and delicious. *PLEASE NOTE: I bought these from a reputable dealer who claims to recognize these stones as coming from a mine in Persia. I personally have no reason to doubt him, having bought great things from him over years. Because of a question from a buyer, I took these for a certified GIA appraisal.The appraiser could not confirm or deny the country of origin, and he was not sure he could referme to anyone who could do this, unless they knew individual mines. He said first and foremost the quality of the stones is what defines the value. For example, he also said that a poor quality ruby is not worth more because it comes from Burma. So if you feel you MUST know you are wearing stones from Persia, and it will worry you if there is possibly any doubt, maybe these are not for you. I certainly have no wish to misrepresent anything I might be selling. That is why I paid a highly qualified appraiser to look at them. Not being sure of the origin, did nothing to deter his finding the value of these earrings.
