Terms relating to prize fulfillment:

A "Day with David Gandy" is offered as an sale item by Fifth & Pacific Companies, Inc. on behalf of its division, Lucky Brand Dungarees, Inc. ("Sponsor"). The winning buyer will receive a trip to visit David Gandy on location at a Lucky Brand photo shoot, which shall include: (i) round trip coach class airfare for the winning buyer from major airport nearest to the winning buyer's hometown to the United States city where the photo shoot is being held; (ii) ground transportation for the winning buyer, including to and from airport; (iii) three (3) consecutive nights hotel accommodations (single standard room, single occupancy) at a hotel selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion; (iv) $500 credit card voucher to be used towards payment of meals and incidentals during the trip (subject to its terms and conditions); and (v) a "meet and greet" with David Gandy. Photographs with David Gandy will be permitted at the "meet and greet"; duration of "meet and greet" cannot be guaranteed and will be at Sponsor's discretion.

Winning buyer will be permitted to select a photo shoot date to attend, subject to the predetermined photo shoot schedule. The photo shoot may take place during April, May, July or August 2013 during Monday through Friday; dates and location cannot be guaranteed and are subject to change at Sponsor's sole discretion. If winning buyer is unable to attend the available photo shoot dates, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and will not be substituted. Any portion of the prize that is not accepted and/or unused by the winning buyer will be forfeited and will not be substituted. Winning buyer is solely responsible for any and all expenses not expressly specified herein, including any travel insurance. If the winning buyer is not a United States citizen, winning buyer must have a valid passport and proof of valid passport will be required prior to the making of any travel arrangements. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, whose courts shall be courts of competent jurisdiction.

If you are the winning buyer of a meet and greet or opportunity package you will be contacted by the celebrity (or the celebrity’s representative), store or brand within 10 working days or as soon as reasonably possible, following full receipt of payment by Comic Relief. Comic Relief will not be directly involved in the fulfillment of meet and greet and opportunity packages.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, the winner is responsible for all arrangements and costs required to take up the fulfillment of the package, including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs, general expenses including food and beverages, travel insurance and any other necessary documentation, including proof of age.

It shall be the responsibility of the winning buyer to come to agreement with the celebrity (or celebrity’s representative), store or brand for the fulfillment of their package. All the aspects of the fulfillment of the package are subject to such agreement being reached and to availability, and subject to the specific conditions specified.

If you are unable to reach agreement with the celebrity (or celebrity’s representative), store or brand regarding fulfillment then Comic Relief shall be entitled without challenge or complaint to award the item to the next highest buyer.
