ShippingWe ship using the US Postal service. We ship by the weight of the item and only charge the exact cost to ship. Some items do require additional protection during shipping. We supply the boxes, tape and bubble wrap. We do not profit from the shipping cost and do not charge additional handling charges for these supplies. Please understand that based on the weight and the distance you are from our store, shipping costs may vary. We are located in Tennessee, and shipping to the West Coast is expensive.
We do ship your item within 1 business day of payment. Most of our listings have the option of economy shipping and priority mail. Economy shipping may take up to 10 days to reach you, while priority mail is usually within 3 business days. We leave the choice up to you. We do encourage priority service during the Christmas season, as parcel post can take much longer during this time.
Terms of SaleWe do have a return policy. We happily accept returns within 14 days of the item arriving to you. We do not reimburse the return shipping cost.
We request that you contact us prior to the return for authorization and for the return address. Please also let us know the reason for the return. Once the item is received back, we issue a refund to your PayPal account.
The item must be returned in the original packaging and in the original condition. We cannot accept a return on an altered item. We must receive the item within 30 days of purchase to do a refund.

We love interacting with our customers both online and in our retail store and have expanded our store to offer new products. We purchase our items by the truckload and have our own warehouse. We ocassionally use a supplier for our listings, but the majority comes from our own little warehouse.
