A Staffordshire or Sunderland Pearlware Prattware Pink Lustre Jug circa 1810

~ Stag Hunting Scenes Jug with Figural Angel Handle ~

5" high ~ about 7" from spout to handle

I have had the same size jug before with same embossed hunting scenes and different plain handle, this handle is rather special; I believe it is an angel as the top forms what looks like wings but can't be sure.

Please use the photos as part of the description, as you can see the green enamel has some flaking and there is wear to the darker pink lustre around the rim etc, some chips to the spout and hairline to the bottom of the handle. No restorations and looks great on display.

Above you can see a short hairline come up from the center bottom.

Below: there is a small chip under the lip and one over it; also a shallow scrape on the right side of the top rim.

Below: there is a hairline across the base of the handle but it has never been off.
