COMMUNICATION:
** When your order ships, every customer is sent an automated shipping confirmation email. If you cannot find this automated email, it is likely hiding in your spam or junk mail files. You may also not receive the emails if your mailbox is full or your email address is inaccurate.
** Our systems also communicate back to your buyers page and updates your purchase with shipping information and tracking numbers.
** In addition, we strive to answer your emails as quickly as possible. Please send ALL communication via the email system. (Do not include notes with paypal payments or invoice requests - they cannot be read by our automated systems)
** Finally, since we are a normal business operation, we have a staff of customer service employees ready to answer your phone calls on Monday thru Friday between 9am and 5pm Mountain Standard time.

SHIPPING TIME:
** The rating system measures the amount of time that our company takes to ship your order. We are proud to say that our shipping time is excellent. Our warehouse ships orders Monday thru Friday. Your order normally ships within one business day upon receiving your cleared payment.
** Please remember that UPS and USPS delivery times are out of our control and are not a part of the seller rating system. Also, please remember that it is normal that UPS takes five business days to ship cross country. Delivery signature is required on all orders over $250.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING for International Customers:
** We now use the global shipping program for most orders to Canada, Australia, and the UK. The new service offers faster and more reliable service, plus your shipments in this program are tracked and insured. Be sure to sign into the .com site (not the .ca or.au or.uk version). global shipping does not ship to a post office box.
** For other countries, we offer fair and reasonable shipping and handling charges using the US Postal Service. All of our listings clearly show the shipping costs and USPS shipping options before you make your purchase.
** Please review all of your shipping options and costs by clicking the "Shipping and Payments" tab located below the picture. Be sure you are signed in on the .com site.
** Federal law requires us to put merchandise values on all merchandise being shipped internationally.
** International customers are responsible for any and all import duties, taxes, customs fees, and brokerage fees.
** All international orders will ship via Priority Mail or Express Mail. We no longer use first class international mail service as it is too slow and does not meet the requirements of 's buyer protection policies. Orders over $75 are required to ship via Express Mail.

COMBINED SHIPPING for International Customers:
** International buyers MUST use the shopping cart for checkout if you want to combine multiple items into one shipment. At this time, you must use the .com website to combine your items into one shipment since most international sites do not yet have the cart feature. When making a purchase, click the ADD TO CART button (do not use the Buy it Now button). Once you have all of your items in the shopping cart, you will be able to make one combined payment for all of our items.

** Many of our items are handcrafted items. Since each item is unique in its own way, the item you receive may vary slightly from the picture that is shown.
