Stephen King/john Carpenter "christine" Movie 1958 Plymouth Fury For Sale
This listing is for an 11" x 17" Tire-graph photo of Christine. The photo is my actual car placed into the background of the old garage at night, so the picture is purposely created to appear on the dark side to give her that ominous look ! The tire print is a scanned copy off of an original Remington tire that was used in the filming of the movie. In the lower right hand corner of the photo, Christine's signature is written in her own Blood (Well used Transmission fluid) ;0) It takes a few days for the transmission fluid to soak into the photo paper and dry, so please be patient. I am helping her to sign as many as she can, so hopefully she can keep up. Gibson and I am the owner of one of the two known remaining movie cars used in
the filming of the movie “Christine”. (Well to be more exact, she sort of owns

The reason for this sale is I had the extreme misfortune
of dealing with very shady restoration company who at this time is out of
business. The Owners have been arrested
and are now awaiting trial. So
much for the Better Business Bureau’s
“A” rating !! The following are
links to the restoration tragedy that hurt a lot of people !
I took a flight up north and pulled the car from the shop
just prior to it being shut down and seized.
A local restoration shop in FL was able to complete a quick temporary “Cosmetic”
fix to the problems for a couple of contracted appearances that She had to
attend. but there is a long list of things to repair !! None of the mechanical fuctions of the car worked, engine,
trans, no fuel system , no brakes, no exhaust, lots of missing parts, incorrect
and missing hardware & brackets throughout the car, Mismatched and lousy paint (Car needed to be
stripped down, body work done properly, correctly prepped and repainted) Bottom line !
A full restoration !!
This past couple of years, things have turned around in a positive
direction. Earl Shiflett of Classic Car
Creations in Cocoa Beach, FL took on the
task of not only repairing the damage they did but the challenge to bring her
back to life to resemble her glory days
of her film debut.
Between the initial costs of rescuing her and expenses of
the restoration have left me deeply in
debt. I had a long heart to heart talk
with her, and she told me that she really wanted to help and wished she
could repair herself the way she used
to. She came up with the idea of
offering some cool Merchandise for her fans to purchase to help alleviate some of the debt, and to help offset some of upcoming
event travel expenses. Now that
her restoration is completed She is looking forward to traveling around
the country, and will hopefully be visiting
at a location close to you soon !!!
