Sales Tax For shipments to FLORIDA addresses, we are required by State law to collect 7% Sales Tax.
We ship to almost any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products. We are licensed re-sellers of branded high quality jewelry and watches and certain brand/products cannot be shipped to international destinations. All items ship in a gift box. We provide FREE same day shipping on all USA domestic orders placed by 3pm Eastern Time, upon cleared payment. Shipping is FREE via US Postal Service or FedEx to US destinations. We determine the method of shipment based on the item value, weight and destination. International orders will ship within 48 hours via USPS International or Fedex Economy International. Delivery of international items may take between 10-45 days depending on destination and individual customs regulations and clearance. Buyer is responsible for any and all duties/taxes charged by their country of residence. International buyers should check with their customs authority to inquire about such duties and taxes. For faster international delivery, please contact us and we will provide a quote.
Customer Service & response Instructions We want to make sure you
are absolutely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are
not, you may return any new, unopened item within 30 days of purchase for a
full refund. Please contact us in order to get your Return Authorization and send item via some traceable form (using a reliable
carrier of your choice). We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the
return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item,
etc.). Please Note: Special order
items and customized jewelry is not returnable unless it was an error in
production. Refunds are processed usually within 2 to 3 days
of receipt of your return. Holidays and office closings are an exception.
