When do we ship:
We typically ship orders Monday through Friday (except for Holidays) within 24 business hours of receipt of payment.
All orders are shipped with a Delivery Confirmation. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Shipping rates for orders shipped within the United States:
Shipping & Handling charges are $4.95 for the 1st item and $1.95 for each additional item.
You may combine multiple sales into one order. If you are combining multiple items into one shipment, do not checkout and make payment until you have completed all of your purchases.
We ship all our orders via US Postal Service - First Class Mail.

Please return the item to us (to the address listed on your invoice) and we will exchange or refund your purchase price. Please include a note detailing the problem and what you would like us to do about it (i.e. exchange or refund). We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on items returned for credit after 7 days.

Q: How do I combine my items?
A: Once all of your sales are complete, your items will be automatically combined. It is required that you checkout after the last winning sale. Please do not attempt to checkout until you have completed and won all your items.
Q: How long can I continue to offer before I have to pay?
A: We require payment within 7 days after the first sale closes. Automated payment notifications will be e-mailed to you, however if you are in the process offerding on additional items, please ignore the messages.
Q: What are the delivery times?
A: Domestic orders can take 2-10 days for delivery. International orders can take 10-20 days, sometimes longer, depending on the country.
Q: Am I responsible for international duties and custom fees?
A: International buyers are responsible for duties, customs and or taxes on your order.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: You can return the item back to us within 14 days if you are not satisfied, we will refund the purchase price only, we cannot refund shipping and handling. Please contact us for return instructions.
Q: Can I have my ring resized?
A: We do not resize or customize the items we have for sale. A jeweler can probably resize our rings; however it's up to the discretion of the jeweler, as some rings can be damaged from being sized.
