Description:  …… Designed by the New York artist, James Houston, and created by the Steuben Glass Works in the 1960s, this original Crystal Paperweight is titled, “Excalibur.” Representing the famous “Sword in the Stone,” this unique Paperweight/Letter Opener Combination is very collectible and highly sought after. Examples have sold for thousands. The 7 ¼” long Sword, Letter Opener is solid Sterling Silver with 18k gold braided roping around the handle. The vintage Steuben Crystal Paperweight Base measures 4 1/2“ wide by 3 1/4“ tall and is properly signed on the bottom. There is some light scratches to the bottom of the Paperweight, but everything else is perfect.
