Stockings, Cotton, Beige, WW2 Hosiery Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps WAAC / WAC Stockings, Cotton, Beige, WW2 Hosiery Women’s Army Auxiliary Corps WAAC / WAC Nice original pair of Ladies Stockings issued to a WAAC or WAC member. They seem to be unused but I\'m not sure. I can\'t find any holes or runs. Both have a laundry mark on them. One is marked with a size on the toe which I believe to be \"8 1/2 R\". Please review the images as they are part of the description.
4-24-17: They do have a rear seam that runs from the tip of the toe, under the foot and up the back of the leg to the top. I added a couple photos to try to show it. I believe the proper nomenclature is: Stockings, Cotton, Beige, Women\'s, made of medium weight mercerized lisle with 4 1/2 inch garter top and reinforced foot
