This is the complete 1975 baseball season set sold by Start-O-Matic in 1976. This set does not include the Extra Players. This edition of the baseball cards included the first (and only) use of the \"glossy\" finish on the basic side of the cards.These cards are in good shape and very playable. Some of the cards have writing on them, but it doesn\'t obscure anything important on the cards.The usual amount of staining and signs of wear on any card set of this vintage are present.The 1975 set gives you the teams that played the classic 7 game World Series, the Red Sox and Reds. There are many stars with great seasons, including Tom Seaver, Jim Palmer, Reggie Jackson, Carlton Fisk, and Joe Morgan; this is also the set with the first S-O-M cards for Jim Rice, Dennis Eckersley, Fred Lynn, and Gary Carter.
