Defective Product Returns

We will replace or refund defective products during thewarranty period. Returned products will not be accepted unless the buyer hasbeen issued an RMA number and been approved for return. Buyer is responsiblefor return shipping costs.

Buyer pays return shipping costs, 15% restocking fee, andshipping for replacement product.
