This is a wonderful Victorian evening cape dating from the 1890\'s. It is in great condition for its age. My mother purchased this several years ago from a very reputable dealer. It is a plush red velvet, with black lace layers and a black lining. I am describing this to the best of my ability as this is not my area of expertise.
