A truly stunning vintage18ct Gold Diamond set Eagle\'s Head Ring, which has been fashioned to depict an Eagle\'s Head collet set with a brilliant-cut Diamond (approx\' 5 points) between the Eagle\'s Beak(please see the detailed close-upphotographs provided, which form an integral part of the item\'s description).
This unusual & striking Eagle\'s Head Ring, which weighs 7.2 grams, has been crafted in solid 18ct Yellow Gold with the Eagle\'s Head being given a matt finish to ensure it stand out against the polished tapered band. As shown the ring is stamped to the outside of the band with a maker or sponsor\'s mark \'LP\' and with a fineness stamp \'750 AA\', confirming that it is made from 18ct Gold (the ring has also been tested and is guaranteed to be made from solid 18ct Gold).
Overall the ring is in great condition with no damage & only minor surface scratches/wear in keeping with general age and wear, commensurate with age. The Brilliant-cut Diamond is a nice bright stone with no chips and sets the ring off perfectly.
The ring is sized as a UK Ring Size \'O\', which equates to a US Ring Size \'7 1/4\'; aswith almost all vintage rings the band is slightly ovalized i.e itis not perfectly round and it measures slightly differently on the gaugedepending on how it is positioned, however this will not affect the ring whenworn.
