Tips on using this to extract sugar cane juice: some supermarkets have sugar cane with its tough hard green surface stripped, if you do not have access to cane that has had its tough surface removed do this: cut cane into 4 quarter round length ways sections about 1 foot long. Cut a groove around any joint sections to remove that hard part. Cut a angle to front of your foot long section to make feeding it in between the brass rollers easier.
