We do not sell synthetic or lab created gems. We make every effort to insure the accuracy of our descriptions. While we do photograph with favorable lighting conditions, we do not enhance or alter the colors of our images at all. How much does shipping cost and what is the process involved?
Our shipping costs reflect only the processing time and hard costs such as postage and packing materials. Below you will find information regarding shipment carriers and rates used by Multicolour Gems (www.multicolour.com). The shipping charges are per shipment ( e.g "order" ) and the same for any destination.
Federal Express (Air) – 30.00 USD , Recommended. 3-4 Business days worldwide No Sunday delivery. Signature upon delivery is required. Parcels can be tracked online at every step. Cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO.
Express Mail (Air) – 24.00 USD , 4-6 business days worldwide. No Sunday delivery. Tracking is limited. Signature upon delivery is required. Fed Ex is safer and faster. Select this option if you require shipment to a P.O. Box or if your prefer Express Mail for some other reason.
Registered Mail (Air) – 8.50 USD , 15-35 business days (worldwide) Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers. No Sunday delivery. Signature upon delivery is not required. Can be shipped to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO. Registered mail is cheap and generally reliable, but it cannot be tracked on line. In case you do not receive your parcel, we can begin a trace 35 days after shipping.
Insurance – 1% of TOTAL + USD 1.00
