Here is exquisite hand painted republican period table screen showing birds on one side,and sailing boats on the other.I believe it is painted on porcelain,as it is transparent when held up to the light ,although I am not 100% certain.The bamboo carving is superb.There is also a tiny bit of paint missing,which appears to show raw porcelain underneath. The frame beautifully carved,and appears to be intact.It stand 34.5 cms tall.One of the legs has been broken and is a bit wobbly,It is also slightly twisted but stands perfectly.There are a few splatters,but I think this may be the original ink.There isa bit of paint smudge,where I think it has been wiped.Please examine photos for details.
