The buckle hasNoDents, NoChips, No Splits, NoCracks, No Holes and No Repairs that I can find, the decoration and definition is very crisp, the buckle sits perfectly together, the central catch is working perfectly, the rear belt bars are not bent, the silver hallmarks are still legible although as this is a used antique belt buckle it does have some extremely minor surface marks and wear from use along with the patina of age thatis to be expectedand a gentle cleanwould enhance it greatly. Personally I think that this antique nurse or ladiesbelt buckle can still be worn today and that it will make a superbaddition to any collection, I also think that this is one of the best looking antique ladies or nurses belt buckles that I have ever had and that the overall quality along with the condition is absolutely fantastic considering that it's almost 120 years old.
