Superman, Batman, Daily And Sunday Newspaper Strips:

This sale is for four books presenting the newspaper strip adventures of Superman and Batman from the 1940's. Handsome book for any collection from Sterling Publishing and one book with a slipcover from Kitchen Sink Press. Included is the following:
Superman: The Dailies; 1939 to 1942Batman: The Dailies; 1943 to 1946Superman: Sunday Classics; 1939 to 1943Batman: Sunday Classics; 1943 to 1946
I've been collecting comics for 35 years and have just now decided to sell off a large portion of the collection piece by piece.
These particular volumes come in various kinds of condition, although most have only carefully been read through once. They were stored on a bookcase in a smoke-free Environment for years and handled with care. There are minor dings on some of the dust jackets. The slipcase cover for the Batman Sunday Classics book has serious wear, although the book itself is solid.
Domestic U.S. Shipping only.
