Up for offers is a sweet circa 1930\'s Rawlings model DRP leatherfootball helmet! As the photos show, it is in game used but still very good shape! It hasgridiron battle scars through out and some ink but no major damage (see all photos for condition). The leatheris still very solid and strong. It has a clear coating on it that gives the helmet a great shine and great eye appeal! It has it\'s 100% original 2 tone black and goldpatina!No dyes, colored polishes, or coloring of any kind used. The leather interior of the helmet is in great shape as well. All the leather is present and is still soft and supple. There are only the usual light signs of wear (see last 3 photos).All of the leather covered inner suspension straps are present and firmly attached. Marked on the center of the forehead is a RAWLINGS makers mark. There is another RAWLINGS logo on the back center along with the model # DRP. The size (7 1/8) is marked on the back of the helmet in ink.Wood display stand is not included.
