Antique Schweitzerische mountain ruck sack back pack for k11 and k31 kar. and rifles. All attachment points for blanket, bread bag, and ammo carrier are present. All leather is supple. Free shipping with buy-it-now.Pack only for sale - no rifle included. This is the earlier version from the '40s, with the leather top covers for around the rifle barrel, and is considerably rarer and harder to find in this condition, compared to later "gray-green" salt and pepper rucks with the canvas rifle covers.Has inner compartment for rifle, which is carried inside safe from the elements. Excellent condition pack, with one minor exception: small tear on inside top where rifle would come up - not visible when leather flaps are down. See pics. Other than that, perfect. Leather straps are complete and original. Marked with a Swiss cross over "Sz" in a box. I put a couple of light coats of Pecard's Antique Leather Dressing on the leather about six months ago. This stuff is the best there is, and the leather is in excellent condition.Have not tested with other weapons, but M1 Garand, 1903 Springfield, Mauser K98, and Moisin-Nagant etc. should fit as well.
