Please review the scans which show the stamps, Scott numbers and listed value. All information is believed to be accurate but mistakes can happen so you should verify yourself before offerding. All stamps are in Mint condition and in either MNH or MLH quality. The stamps in mounts are MNH.

The scans are of the actual stamp(s) that you are offerding on. Any backing on the scans (stock sheets, etc.) are for display purposes only. Any lines in the scans are also due to the backings. If there are any questions/concerns with the quality, please e-mail.

In order to save shipping costs the pages will not be mailed. All stamps will be shipped in glassine envelopes and protected for shipping. If the pages are desired, please contact me so that I can determine shipping charges.

Due to number of stamps and to ensure a good delivery, combined shipping is not available on this lot.

Postage
USPS First Class Postage will be used.

Postage charges are as follows: USA $1.50, All others $2.50.

At your option, Insurance will be $2.00 for values up to $50, $2.50 for up to $100, $3.00 for up to $200, $4.50 for up to $300, etc.

At your option, registered mail charges are $14.00 plus postage.

IF YOU DON\'T PAY FOR INSURANCE OR REGISTERED MAIL, MAILING OF THE ORDER IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer\'s responsibility. Please check with your country\'s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to offerding.

Payment Policy
If payment is not received within 4 days and I have not heard from you,you will receive a Non-Payment reminder from. If payments is not received by 7 days, buyer may be placed on blocked buyer list and a non-paying buyer claim will be filed.
