Terence Vickress. Born Rochford, Essex, 1955, lived in the nearby fishing village of Leigh-On-Sea. He trained at Southend Art School and after graduating worked as an illustrator for many years, then made the transition to Fine Art and now enjoys the freedom of painting many subjects. Influenced by the Old Masters, Terence\'s first love is painting portraits and romantic figurative art. His extensive catalogue of portrait commissions in past years include many official paintings of notable figures including Members of Parliament and mayors. Terence currently lives a seaside town in Suffolk, with his wife of over twenty years.
