Authentic Thai Dried Herbs & Spices - Spicy Soup Set Mix

An authentic Thai manufactured product as used by Thai people everyday, this dried soup set will give you the same delicious taste of Thai cuisine as using the fresh herbs, but with the added convenience of minimal preparation & very quick & tasty results.

Preparation & cooking for best results

Put one litre of cold water into a saucepan & bring to the boil, add the galingale, lemongrass & kaffir leaves to the water & allow to gently boil - add two or three small chopped red onions or shallots cut into quarters, followed by your choice of chicken, pork or seafood cut into small pieces & allow to simmer.

Once the meat is cooked, just add the chill\'s a fish sauce to suit your own taste, add sour tamarind for delicious sour twist.

Add the powdered chili in the separate packet to your dish to make as hot as you like

Serve with hot rice & enjoy.

All items are individually checked to make sure they are perfect before packing, shipping will normally be the same or next working day that PayPal checkout has been completed,. All items are posted International economy airmail at Chiang Rai post office, arrival times are quoted as being 14 - 21 days by the post office but quite often arrive earlier in my experience but be prepared to wait just in case, some countries including parts of Europe & America can take a bit longer. Postal service here is excellent although sometimes there can be some back up delays in customs at recipient destination. Please be patient & bear in mind international postal delivery times as I\'m sure you can appreciate are totally beyond our control.
