Up for your consideration is a super nice watermelon sugar bowl which was originally designed for the 1948 re-opening of The Greenbrier Hotel. This dish was made in the Phillipines (the label is present and legible) and it is in very good condition with no cracks, scratches or stains. There is a very small chip at one tip of the lid and you can see it in my close picture. You cannot see the chip when the lid is in place. It stands 4 1/2 inches tall with the lid on, the bottom diameter is 2 inches, the top opening is 3 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide. The lid is a wedge of watermelon and the inside is painted watermelon red.
