There is also NOmeans of locking the lamp. PLEASElook at the pictures and if you have any comments to make about the lamp PLEASEdo. The inner gauze is present too but I could not get the glass ring undone to dismantle completely. I am not an expert on this type of thing and your comments would be welcomed and added to the listing. Approx 8 1/4" tall without the loop. It would make a great gift or addition to your collection.
