Our items are generally purchased from garage sales, flea markets, estate sales, sales etc., therefore we do sell items as used & as is & try to explain them in honesty & to the very best of our ability & show detail in pictures. So with this in mind we do not generally accept returns nor can I guarantee that the items come from smoke free or pet free homes. However if there is a problem with the item once received please contact me before leaving response so we may work something out. As I said earlier we are very flexible & want to keep our Customers HAPPY & RETURNING! All items are throughly cleaned & disinfected before shipping (with the exception of some vintage or antique items due to the fact that we are not experts so we do not want to damage the vintage or antique collectible items). We do also collect sales tax of 7.225% if you live in the State of Missouri. As a seller I leave response as soon as response is left & as a Buyer I leave response once item is received.
