Travelling Sterling Silver Campaign Knife & Fork Cutlery Set Georgian 1790s:
This is for alovely Georgian sterling silver travelling campaign cutlery set in its original case. It comprises a knife and fork with matching antique stained green handles. The silver carries the silver stamps that shows the lion passant, King Georges profile and the makers initials IT for John Touliet which. They date to London and the late 1700s. Both pieces areinexcellent condition for their age there are some littlehairlinein the handles and a little wear to the outside of the box...but overall they have survived really well. The knife measures 162mm (6.3") long by 12mm andthe fork is 133mm (5.25") long.
