From my private collection I presentthisrareTrifari CrownAlfred Philippe jelly belly lucite rabbit brooch pin.

It is made in Sterling Silver gold tonewithclear and red rhinestones.

Trifari used lucite for the jelly bellyfrom planes during WW2 andalso used sterling because the other metalswere needed for the war effort, so the brooch is not only beautiful, but a partof history.

It measures 1 7/8\" (4.7 cm) tall x 1 1/2\" (4 cm) wide.

The back is stamped Trifari with crown andstamped SterlingDES.PAT.No. 135169.

The brooch pin is in good condition for itsage,with all of the stones present and no damage to the clear LuciteJelly Belly section. There is some darkening to the gold tone.Perhaps it needs cleaning.

This brooch pin closes tight and secure.It also has a nice solid heavy weight.
