This sale is for a PAIR of very cool Mid-Century lamps with what appear to be original matching shades; the lamp design features a black metal, cone shaped base with slender center rod accented by six ball tipped brass rods as the focal point; the shades are paper covered with a faux basket weave print in black on cream, black metal finial matches the base. The lamps are roughly 26" tall overall; bases are hollow with the original black felt table top protectors in place, both have partial Underwriter's Laboratory stickers on the felt; each base is roughly 4" across at the top, about 5" across the bottom and roughly 4" tall; cords are original and are roughly 70" long; shades are roughly 8" tall x 13.5" across. Both lamps are in overall very good to better condition and are in proper working order; cords are soft and flexible with no dry, cracked or repaired sections seen; both felt coverings on the bases are partially loose from where the glue has broken down, an easy fix; shades have no dents or exterior surface damage other than some possible age related yellowing; no burns but a few spots and dots of soiling on the interior surface of the shade, not seen through the shade; one shade is ever so slightly out of round, so little it is not noticeable from the distance.
