This is a RARE black and white real picture postcard of Tandjong Poera (= Tanjung Pura), Langkat, Sumatra, Indonesia. It shows a beautiful view of a street during a Flood. On the right side is Hoseido Japan Toko Obat (= Pharmacy). The tall stone building is of a Chinese Gold Smith. This postcard was sent to the Netherlands in 1927. So it is more than 85 years OLD. The 7.5 cent DEI stamp is still attached on its back. Condition: very good. This postcard should be in every Sumatra or Indonesian collection. Buyer pays $ 3.00 for handling and worldwide shipping.
