Originally the Fannie Merritt Farmer’s Boston Cooking School Cookbook. This is the hardcover "Gold Edition"; copyright 1965 Ninth Printing; published by Little, Brown & Company – 624 pages with Index. Hardcover in Good+ condition, being square and firm with all pages and binding clean and tight; panels are straight with no tilts to spine; outer gold panels have some light soil spots and splatters to the side page edges, attesting to how often the recipes are used. All inside pages areclean; binding nice and tight. No pages have any rips, tears, writing, highlighting or dog-eared markings. No previous owners writing, stamps, name labels or bookplates. Not ex-library, no remainder marks. A wonderful, vintage cookbook that should be a staple on every kitchen shelf.
