It's extreme strength, 27 ounce weight, and bright polished finish is impressive, to say the least. But it doesn't stop there. Well placed machine cut grooves on the upper and lower shaft provide a non-slip grip for rapid action and the two inch wide, solid machined aluminum knob fits perfectly in the palm of your hand. A high quality, clear hard coat anodized finish has been applied for durability and protection and to allow the beauty of the natural aluminum to shine.

The shaft tapers from 7/8 inch under the knob to 5/8 inch at the tip, and the overall length of the cane is 34-1/8 inches. Our exclusive engineering and construction of special dies and jigs is the secret for tapering the long, one piece shaft. We do not stretch the shaft by extruding it. That weakens the metal. Solid billet 6061-T6 aluminum round stock is used for both the one piece shaft and the knob. The taper for the shaft is cut on a machine lathe the entire length of the shaft so the aluminum retains it's original strength and integrity. The solid rubber unique "floating" tip mounts into a drilled hole at the end of the cane and provides excellent stability at all angles.
