Franklin Mint Thanksgiving Series

First Issue

An original etching in solid sterling silver created exclusively for the 1972 Franklin Mint Thanksgiving Plate.

On the back of the plate is a sterling silver medallion which bears the plate's serial number. This number also appears on the accompanying Certificate of Authenticity.

The plate comes in a decorated cover "library slipcase", held shut by a magnetic closure. It is designed for convenient bookshelf storage or shelf display, and is secured for shipping by a chipboard and foam disc, lined in crushed velvet.

"The First Thanksgiving" is the First Issue in a Series of Five Franklin Mint Thanksgiving Plates.
