Paper Sheets measure: approx.8 1/2\" x 11\".The blank sheet of Stationary is very clean, with very light handling/thumb creases; the Matrix Re-Opening Stationary Handbill is very clean, with some light handling and border creases, center left border with a tiny 3/16\" ruffle tear, and graded VG++ condition.
