For more in depth pictures, please visit: More Pics Let's begin shall ~The Walking Dead #1 CGC 9.8 White Pages~I originally purchased The Walking Dead #1 when it first came out. I bagged and boarded it, and to be honest, I don't think I ever read it. This book has been pampered since day one, and I just barely got it graded, so the case is scratch/crack free. I've seen a lot of 9.8's graded by CGC, but this one is exceptionally flawless. I'm surprised it didn't get a 9.9! Just look at the pictures and see for yourself! ~The Walking Dead #92 CGC 9.6 Signed by Robert Kirkman~In companionship to The Walking Dead #1, this collection comes with The Walking Dead #92 CGC graded at 9.6 and even signed by Robert Kirkman himself! This is one of my favorite Walking Dead comics because it introduces Paul Monroe, who is one of the coolest characters in the story line. I have a feeling this book will explode in value when Paul Monroe gets introduced in the tv series. Just look what happened to issues 19 & 27! Unfortunately, the case does have two minor cracks that measure about a half an inch each on both sides (see pictures). They are so minor that I didn't even know they were there. ~Peter Panzerfaust #1 CGC 9.4~The next comic book in line is Peter Panzerfaust #1 CGC 9.4. Due to the development of possibly two tv shows, and the incredibly low print run of approximately 5,000 copies, this book has exploded in value and will continue to rise. Like the Walking Dead #1 included in this collection, the case is also flawless. ~Uncanny X-Men #141 & Wolverine #300 CGC 9.6 Signed by Jason Aaron~Finally, I am including Uncanny X-Men 141 and Wolverine #300 CGC 9.6 signed by Jason Aaron. Uncanny X-Men 141 has been dramatically climbing in price due to the fact that the next X-Men First Class movie will be based off this story line. This is the only book in this lot that is not CGC graded. I personally give the book a 4.5 grade (I tend to undergrade), but please refer to the picture to get a better idea of the book's condition. Wolverine #300, however, is CGC graded at a 9.6 and is signed by Jason Aaron. This book should definitely rise in value considering the release of the next Wolverine movie!So there it is folks, the ultimate modern comic investment lot. I've seen The Walking Dead #1 sell on for $3,000 and there wasn't anything else included in that sale. Don't miss your chance to own these books for such a great price!
