- We do ship outside of the continental USA (Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO addresses, etc) and to PO Boxes. The costs to ship to these fabulous areas are more. Because of this, we reserve the right to bill you for these additional costs. These costs vary based on the size and weight of the item, but generally range between $5.00 and $20.00. DISCOUNT ON SHIPPING WHEN PURCHASING MULTIPLE sales
DOMESTIC MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS SHIPPING DISCOUNT
- Because standard shipping is free, there is no additional discount on multiple item purchases using standard shipping. However, for those of you who choose UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2 Day Air, a shipping discount of 50% will be applied to each additional sale's shipping cost included in the same order. (You pay the highest shipping cost of one sale then save 50% on all other sales included in the order.)
- PLEASE NOTE: 's checkout system cannot automatically calculate shipping discounts on a multiple item purchases. In order to receive the discount, you have two options. (1) After you've won all sales but before you pay anything, ask us to send you a combined invoice. Normally, within 1 business day, you will be notified that your invoice has been sent so that you can for all sales, with discounts. Or (2), you can pay the full cost of shipping for all sales in an order, then send us a request to issue you a refund for the additional sales' shipping that you've already paid. We will be sure to issue you a refund.

INTERNATIONAL MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS SHIPPING DISCOUNT
- MUTIPLE sale ORDERS SHIPPED INTERNATIONALLY qualify for a shipping discount when paid for together.
- The discount is 40% off the shipping cost of each additional sale included in a single order. In other words, you pay full shipping on only one of the sales of greatest shipping cost then you save 40% shipping on all other sales being paid for in that same order.
- PLEASE NOTE: 's checkout system cannot calculate any discounts on a multiple sale purchases. In order to receive the discounts, you have two options:
- (1) After winning all your items but before you pay for any, ask us to apply the discounts to the order before you pay. This is the easiest option. SHIPPING TIMELINE In stock orders will generally ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared. Orders that have selected express shipping methods will generally ship by the very next business day after payment has cleared.

- You may return an UNOPENED item for any reason within 30 days of receiving it. Opened products or products where the factory seal has been broken may not be returned for any reason. - If for any reason you receive the wrong item, you can send it back and we will ship the correct item. Damaged items do not include "Not Mint" packaging. If you need to return a costume for an exchange during the busy Halloween season, it is suggested that you reorder the size/items that you need immediately.
