Three Folk Art Dala Horses Nils Olsson Sweden For Sale
Featured in this sale are three vintage Nils Olsson Dala Horses. These fine folk art pieces are hand carved and hand painted in Sweden. All are in excellent condition. The largest horse measures 8 1/4" tall and about 8 1/4" from the hind legs to the nose. The next size horse measures 5 1/4" long and about 4 1/2" from the hind legs to the nose. The smallest horse measures 3 7/8" tall and about 4" from the hind legs to the nose. All have small paper stickers on the underside(see pics). The large horse has three small areas of indentation - one on the back right leg and two on the backside. The areas are small and remain the same color as the rest of the horse but am noting them for accuracy(see pics). Overall the horses are in excellent condition. 3.0 scu
