Shipping Information: We ship via FedEx Priority Overnight with a 3rd party insurance company. Occasionally with international we use UPS. Warranty Service information:Our warranties are backed by our FINE WATCH CERTIFIED TECHNICIAN WHO HAS BEEN SERVICING OUR WATCHES FOR OVER 20 YEARS. We offer watch service to our customers at a fraction of the price fine watch companies charge. We complete our watch service in 1 week to 10 days, the same service that they take at least 3 months to complete. We also pay the round trip shipping by faxing an insured airbill to our customer. Return Policy:We offer a 14-day return privilege.Returns will be charged a 10% restocking fee. We never used to do this but we need to now because is now requiring us to offer a 14 day return privilege, when we prefer a 3 day return privilege in order to prevent fraud.What works for our type of business doesn't always work for the other types of businesses onbut we have to comply.
