Rates and Shipping CompaniesWe base our rates on USPS, but we will use whichever shipping company we feel will be best for the situation and product(s) purchased. Those companies could be FedEX, USPS, UPS or other reputable shipping company.
Shipping Service MethodsService methods listed below may have a different method name for the different shipping companies we may use.The service method that a customer receives will be the equivalent service method from whichever company chosen.
Example: USPS Parcel Post and UPS Ground would be considered the same.
Service methods that are normally used to ship purchases are:
First-Class Mail - Mail has weight and size limitations. *Estimated 1 to 3 business days.
Parcel Post - Ground delivery to residences and businesses, *Estimated 3 to 10 business days.
Priority Mail - *2 to 3 business days.
**Express Mail - Based on drop-off time. *Overnight to most domestic locations.
*All shipping time is calculated from the time the shipper receives the package(s) and doesn't include weekend and holidays. **All Express Mail orders go to the front of the line for delivery. Overnight delivery means from the time that the shipping company receives the package. Express Mail drop off time is 2:00pm PST. We need 4 hours to process packages. The earlier the payment is received that day the faster it can be mailed.
Free ShippingFree shipping is offered occasionally for certain listed products.Free shipping will apply only within the U.S. unless noted otherwise. When you purchase an item with shipping cost at the same time with an item with free shipping, combined shipping policy will be applied as listed below.
Combined ShippingWe will not be able to honor combined purchases to one shipment once an order has been processed, so please make arrangement in a timely manner. If you wish to combine multiple purchases to one shipping please make arrangements either just before or just after your first purchase is made. All purchases to be combined to one shipment must be made and completed within 48 hours of the first completed purchase to receive this privilege.We process our orders as quickly as possible that is why we require notice of the desire for combined shipping.Usually shipment cost for combined purchases will be $2.50 per additional purchase above the highest priced shipping cost.
There are two exceptions to this rule:
When purchases with shipping costs are combined for shipping with free shipping purchases, free shipping charge only apply to purchases bought with free shipping. All other rules of combined shipping will still apply for the other items.

*When shipping carrier "shipping cost" of the combined purchases exceed the projected total shipping cost which can happen because:
The combined weight of all purchases can make the shipping cost higher.
The combined purchases can only fit into a box that is considered oversized by the shipping carrier. This can increase the shipping cost drastically.
*In both these situations an evaluation will be made of all the shipping options for you. We will then email to you those options with the invoice so you will be able to choose which option works best for you.
POSTED NOTICEWe make every effort to get your shipment out as quickly as possible. We have found that although most of our shipments are delivered within the time frame stated that on occasion package(s) get misdirected and take longer than expected. For this reason we can only give the estimated times that our shippers give us and we make no claims of responsibility for amount of time a shipper may take in delivering package(s).Whenever possible we will use Tracking Confirmation Mail.
International Buyers – Please NoteImport duties, taxes and charges (if any) are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.All international winners need to provide a phone number as it is required for the customs form online that we fill out. Any shipment will be delayed until a phone number is received.
Return PolicyDO NOT SHIP THE PRODUCT BACK BEFORE NOTIFING US. Our return policy is conducted as just a return policy. We do not pay customers to keep damaged products in lieu of returning products for a refund. We have no desire to sell damaged products and do not expect or want customers to keep products that are not in an acceptable condition or not described accurately.
Product InspectionTo limit the number of damaged products being shipped to customers we make every effort to inspect all products upon arrival to us. This not only allows for lower percentage of damaged products being shipped but we have a time frame in which to make a claim to our wholesaler for damage. We wish to state this inspection up front to you as some people seem to think that all products straight from the factory arrives to retailers undamaged and that if it is opened for inspection then it is no longer new. We do not feel that this is the case. We have received many “Thank you” for this inspection from our customers. They state to us that they would prefer that we locate any damaged products before shipment than for them to receive said damaged products and have to deal with all issues arising from delivery of damaged products.
DamageEven though we inspect our products prior to selling, on occasion some damage may get missed. That is one of the reasons we have a return policy.We work at providing excellent products, availability, speedy delivery and excellent packaging. We value each and every one of our customers! We package all of our shipments with Extreme Care. On occasion there may be some breakage either by us or by the shipping carrier we use. In those cases please follow the instructions below.If for some reason you are not satisfied with a purchase, simply let us know via email within the return time period of receiving your order. Please list whatever is wrong with the product(s). Once we are notified we will request that you send the product(s) in question before refund can be made.Products may or may not have insurance coverage. In cases where insurance was obtained, the process for returns will be handled a little different than cases where insurance is involved.Both ways are listed below. Once we are notified of a return we will be able at that time to direct you to which return instructions to follow.
Return of non-insured products
All return Shipping Cost are the responsibility of the buyer.
The product(s) MUST be returned in the original packaging. (i.e.: if there was a special box or foam it must be in that packaging).
The parcel Must be packaged with extreme care!
You SHOULD purchase delivery confirmation for the returned product(s) as this is your acknowledgement that delivery of package reached us. (Please send us an email with the tracking # so we can watch for the parcel).
The parcel needs to reach us in the same condition that it left our warehouse … the condition that you state it is in.
We allow three weeks from the time that approval of return is given for you to ship and delivery of product(s) to our warehouse.
There is NO refund of the original shipping cost or return shipping cost. Remember the best way to know that your package either arrived or got lost is though the purchase of delivery confirmation with whichever shipping company you use to return products.
Return of insured products
Do not throw Anything away! Save all of the packing materials, including the box.
The postal services, UPS, FedEx etc. have taken the responsibility to deliver your parcel in the same mint condition as it left our warehouse. If your item(s) were damaged, then the Carriers Service will cover the damage to your insured investment. NOTIFY US IMMEDIATELY should you have any damage to ANY of your parcels, by ANY CARRIER.
After the inspection, decide whether you will want this item replaced or a refund from the Insurance Company. If you want a replacement from us, the Insurance Company will send the refund for the merchandise damaged to us. If you DO NOT want your item replaced, then check the box to have the refund sent to you. Our preference is that you have the refund sent to you. You may re-order the item when you are ready.
We receive the information from the Insurance Co., complete our portion, then send it back. They complete the refund.
This is your only option for resolving an insurance claim. The process is quite simple. We hope you never have to go through this but rest assured that we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Most of the time will be waiting for paper work to get processed. We would like to be notified via email should you have a pending claim, that way we can have our entire paper work ready on our end as quickly as possible. In cases where insurance is involved there will be no need to return the product(s) to us. You will need to keep all packaging and product(s) until the case is closed by the insurance company.
On occasion we list product(s) with a no return policy. These product(s) could be:
Close out sale product(s) usually with a very generous cut in price.
Lot sales. (multiple products sale)
Minor Damage Product(s).
In all instances any damage or special circumstances surrounding the product(s) will be fully disclosed on product(s) description page.
Local Area Buyers – Please NoteThere is NO LOCAL PICKUP for any items purchased from us as we have no local store front. Shipping is the only option for receiving items purchased.
