FOR LAST 6 YEARS JUST 7 LAMPS WERE SOLD IN THIS PARTICULAR PATTERN!!! DO NOT MISS---HURRY UP!!! LOW RESERVE!!! PLEASE DO NOT ASK---JUST offer!!! VERY RARE CHANCE TO HAVE LAMP WHICH WORTH AROUND $15,000!!! MY RESERVE IS A LOT LOT LESS !!!Up to sale is this an amazing and genuine antique triple signed Handel reverse painted lamp with a bronzed metal base. It is in superb condition. The 18" conical shade is signed "HANDEL 6212". This is a documented lamp, and appears in a book with the same model number that is written on this lamp (6212). It appears on page 203 in the Handel Lamps Book by Hibel, Hibel and Fontaine. The lamp base is signed Handel/look picture/, and the shade is doubly signed (signature in the reverse painting, and on the metal ring on the top). The finial and cap are genuine, documented Handel pieces. The sockets are original antique Hubbell with their original copper interiors, and authentic ball pull long chains. The cluster is the rare 3 socket cluster found in the larger lamps. Each socket works perfectly, with strong clicks and easy pulls. I had the lamp rewired with new plastic covered wire for safety. The plug is an antique Bakelite plug, that fits the lamp style very well. This is an incredible lamp, complete and ready to enjoy. Please don't let this one get away.I will not cancel the listing early, so please offer on this sale if you are interested. I am selling this ULTRA RARE LAMP because I have a health issue and just simply need money to cover my problems!!!

My sincere apology to my viewers and buyers. It has been brought to my attention that the base does have patina loss. There is one example of a Handel base called a warty swamp root that has a natural finish that looks much like the base on this lamp I offer, and I thought perhaps this may be a version of that finish. It, however is not, and appears to be an over zealous cleaning. That being said, the base is, notwithstanding the finish, marvelous. It is the shade that is exceedingly rare. While I do not see it an issue, the prospective Buyer if he or she chose, could replace the base, they are quite readily available. Again, please accept my apology for my lack of knowledge, and many thanks to those who have helped me.
