Two Vintage 1930’s Outfits For Effanbee Patsy Composition Doll Dress Shirt Pants:

Here are two cute outfits for 14\" Patsy and friends. Will fit 13-14 inch dolls such as Effanbee Patsy, Petite Sally, Baby Sandy and similar sized dolls.

Circa 1930s

The first outfit is a two piece. It is cream-colored seersucker. The top is edged in cornflower blue embroidery with big heart pockets in the front. Top buttons down the front. Pants are elasticized at the bottom and have the blue top stitching.

The dress is hot pink doted organdy. Has loopy lace at the neckline, puff sleeves edged in lace, and three shank mother-of-pearl buttons down the front. Dress closes down the back with buttons and ties in a bow with a sash bow.
