The certificate provided with this stamp is a permanent record as to the identification and authenticity of this stamp, and applies only to this one stamp. The notation on the certificatestates \"it is genuine used, with a corner crease and a pulledperf atthe upper right.\" This stamp has premium centering, and although the flaws cannot be overlooked, they are minor when compared to this premium centering, and has been factored into the price.It is suggested that you enlarged the photos for a thorough examinationand therefore offer this stamp with the assurance that youmustbe completely satisfied.Also, this is one of the few opportunities to obtain a genuine moderately priced stamp with a certificate of authenticity.
