Ufdc 2011 - Porcelain Doll Aimee By Darlene Lane - Simon & Halbig:
Aimee is a 6 1/2 inches porcelain doll, a sweet reproduction of a Simon & Halbig doll made by Darlene Lane for the 62nd United Federation of Doll Club annual convention in Anaheim, Ca in 2011.
Aimee is an all-bisque doll made completely by hand. Her painting is exquisite and the quality of the porcelain is superb.
Aimee is wearing a white/cream colored heirloom dress with black silk ribbons.
She has blue eyes, a blond mohair wig and a delicate lace bonnet. She is wearing bloomers trimmed with lace.
Aimee comes in her original box witha French screen background, paperwork from the convention and a stand.
Aimee's left foot is signed by the artist: Darlene Lane.
At the UFDC convention I bought the following items and I will include them in this sale:
- Handmade red leather shoes with white socks and shoe box
- Handmade pink French style hat, with ribbons and feather
- Red French style dress with white laces
- Red winter outfit: cape, hat and fur muffin

This doll comes from a smoke-free home.
She was taken out from her original box for the first time in order to take these pictures.
